Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions is a 2008 book by Dan Ariely, in which he challenges readers' assumptions about making decisions based on rational thought. Ariely explains, "My goal, by the end of this book, is to help you fundamentally rethink what makes you and the people around you tick. I hope to lead you there by presenting a wide range of scientific experiments, findings, and anecdotes that are in many cases quite amusing. Once you see how systematic certain mistakes are—how we repeat them again and again—I think you will begin to learn how to avoid some of them".

The victim ideology and its role in politics
Throughout history, some of our former politicians focused in their campaign on supporting our society's various minorities such as the afro_American, feminists,homosexuals....in order to win more votes and win elections. But this minority Targeting wasn't just a lucky strike. In fact, they knew something that most of us isn't aware of which is the ideology of the victim.
We were raised by some standards that force us to become unique and special and on necessity of always standing out among others ,anything other than that (or in other words being a normal human being) is considered a failure. So for those of us who were just normal, working i n a typical job, living a typical life ,were devastated by the fact that they were considered failures. So they chose for themselves another method of life, which is to become a victim: an alleged victim that is never argued ,never given any kind of responsibilities and always felt sorry for(even though they haven't suffered through anything exepet life.)And on the other hand anyone who comes against them is the devil himself and he will be always considered evil, inhuman, A MONSTER.
So by supporting a minority such as a transabled ,a politician can win the whole minority's community, even if he didn't win the majority's votes, and that's how the US president Donald trump won over Hilary Clinton.

A quote that will change your life
This quote is a mind blowing fact on how we should live our lives .
It pushes us to stop comparing our selves to other people:why is he better than me ,why does he have that and I don't?.... Instead, it tells us that the secret to a good life,or in other words a "Nobel" life is to push our selves further,to develop it and to discover its various capabilities even it is a hard thing to do.

Four facts about Islamic culture that amazed scientists
It is known that Arabs were formally leaders in the scientific research ,and that the Arabic nation gave birth to major scientists and researchers that changed the course of science ,and our perspectives to many aspects of our lives .But what is not known is that (thanks to Islam specially) there are many mind blowing scientific facts hidden in the Arabic habits that were practised for centuries and only recently discovered by researchers. And here are some of them:
1_praying : praying helps releasing stress
Even though this might seem bizzare to you all but according to a study done by Ahmad Alshugairi in his show "Khawatir",praying helps increasing the energy of the body ,it helps increasing the activity of the part of the brain that is responsible for compassion and positivity and it makes a person fully surrendered .We can summarize that up by acknowledging the fact that praying is similliar to a meditation session ,or even better!
2_fasting and its benefits to the body:
As we can see today on social media ,many stars and actors have adopted this way to gain better health ,lose the extra weight and build muscles , and from those stars we can mention Hugh Jackman,Dwayne Johnson.... And also Terry crews who only eats his first meal at about 2 pm ,and accordingly to his words ,fasting has hilped him stay healthy and stay in shape. But actually fasting is not a new discovery at all ,in fact Muslims have been fasting for about 15 centuries in a certain month called " Ramadhan";andfor the whole month they fast from 2 or 3 am until about 8 pm.This practise has been proved scientifically that it has huge effects on the body :it prevents cancer cells from developing, it eliminates all the weak cells from our bodies, and it helps sustaining a good health.
3_wiping the bed before going to sleep with your hands:
Even though the title sounds a little bit crazy, but the Muslims do that every night but what is the reason? Well, a recent scientific study shows that our bed sheets hold millions of bacterias,Hermes and dead cells of our own body. All that can lead to serious diseases and infections specially if the immunity of a person is weak.Luckily, all that can be removed from your sheets by swiping them with your hands.and this habit(which is also called a Sunna) was recommended by the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) even though there was no technology or developed science at the time.
4_sleeping on your right side:
The prophet told his people that it is better to slle on your right side ,and even though the reason was unknown at the time, people obeyed him so it stuck around like a habt for Arabs ;but nowadays and with the evolution of science and technology, surveys and researches were made,to find out later that this habit has huge impact on our health:it alleviates acid reflux and heartburn, boosts digestion, stimulates the drainage of toxins from the lymph nods, improves circulation, and helps your brain filter out waste.
